After running a ‘Personal Effectiveness’ course for a delegate from Aviva, Marcella was asked to go to Norwich to deliver the same course to more employees. At the end of September Marcella will return to Norwich to train more employess!!
Steve returned to The ‘Westbury Hotel’ this weekend after delivering a fantastic Customer Care Course for all their staff in Nov 2011. They asked him back to deliver another Customer Care course but focussing more on using the telephone….Once again Steve was very well recieved!!!
