Marcella from Keystar Training has undertaken Presentation training on a number of occasions at Haven House Children’s Hospice with both staff members, volunteers and parents of children at the hospice. The training incorporates confidence building, successful presenting and how to alleviate fears of presenting. Over the 4 hour sessions, Marcella successfully engages the participants with each participant leaving feeling more confident about speaking in public. Marcella makes the sessions interesting and with her excellent sense of humour has a natural ability to put everyone at ease. Marcella is a pleasure to work with along with the team at Keystar Training.
