How this course can benefit you:
This course is designed for anyone who needs to fully understand what is required when writing all forms of communication, including what is appropriate to use at each level, using the 7 C’s Principle.
Duration: 1 Day
Course Objective:
Written communication is the ‘lifeblood’ of an organisation, ensuring that information is passed to the relevant people, at the right time and in the right way.
To ensure that communication is effective, we need to ensure that it is appropriate for the person or people receiving it and that it is written in a succinct, professional manner. There are three main elements to all written communication – in whatever form it takes. These are: Structure (the way the content is laid out), Style (the way it is written) and Content (what is actually being written about).
