Are you the best Manager you could be????

All too often you hear manager’s say variations of: “They should be happy to have a job in this economy,” and “it’s work, it’s not supposed to be fun,” or “their wage is their reward.” While technically true, if keeping their job is your teams only incentive to do well then the most you can expect from them is the minimum required not to get fired.
